When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It would be appropariate to use the ban command whenever somebody is hacking which is rare because of the servers system that can ban them before they even get in.
And for when they are saying death threats or suicidal things.
When they are threating ddos or anything related to that.
When they are being racist after they are unmuted and warned for a while and mass rulebreaking.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I've seen this or been in this situation but there was an admin+ there to ban them
2 People were being racist and telling others to suicide and harassing some players. Luckily there was a admin+ and they banned the player after a warning and gag for doing it continuously. Bu if no one was there and I was mod I would have to contact admins and up to come online and some may not be on.

Why I should be promoted:

I am experienced as admin on multiple servers and know what to do in certain scenarios and how to appropriately use the ban command and all the other commands that come with it like handling forum appeals. My time is decent and will improve over the next few days as I was busy and I am trying my best to be the best staff member I am very experienced as mod and admin and believe I could do more for the server as admin I am active on TeamSpeak and reply to most forum topics That I would feel the need to reply to.

I have been trying to be as friendly as possible everywhere in the community and as active as I can everywhere.
