What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
-False warning
-Warning without listening/having sufficient evidence
-Acting rude and unprofessional

What server(s) was this on?: SSRP #2

Evidence:
Case 1
I approached Mrxpgamer and used my /me bind and then weapon checked him. He had an illegal weapon and so I arrested him. He then immediately brought me and said "Right, unarrest me now, then I'm going to give you a warning". I tried to explain and he said "No, I'm going to warn you and you're going to let me out of here". He told me that his weapon was not illegal and I then informed him of the recent rule change that indicated that it was. When he realised he was wrong he then changed his story. He then said that he didn't see me use my /me bind because he was too far away to read it. I tried to tell him that I did use it but before I could continue he told me it was over and warned me for "Random weapon check" shown below. I realised there was no point in arguing further so I left. He then warns me for "Running from sit" also shown below.


Case 2
The server was extremely laggy due to some prop abuse, completely freezing and almost crashing at times. I was driving my car toward spawn when the server lagged out. My car went straight into some people standing on the pavement. I quickly got out and apologised to them repeatedly explaining it was lagging. Mrxpgamer then teleported to me and said "Yeah, I'm going to give you a warning for CDM" and teleported away within 5 seconds shown below.


In both of these cases he had already made up his mind about the warning before even speaking to me. I believe that staff members on ZARP should listen carefully to both sides of the story before settling on a punishment, but it seems here that Mrxpgamer did not do that. Thank you very much for taking the time to read over my request.

The story could be totally different on his end unless you have proof of him being unprofessional and not listening nothing can be or will done about this

in case two the server was under a spell of sever lag wich made it impossible to drive but stopped about 2 minutes after mrxpgamer also done this earlier with another person they called him a name "cunt" then he warned them straight away with out asking them if it was directed towards him or why they said it or just to say he was getting a warn.

There is lack of proof like there is lack of Deathrazor's skill in RL

Warning someone for the reason "running from sit" is like warning people for sneezing.

You have to give us proof of him in jail or speaking plus it said "running from sit" so this demote request should be removed

Well i was trying to buy a club base (s2) for 5mil then i met Mrxpgamer he said he's going to sell me a base and yes i did gave him the money he paste it i copied it but right after i copied my gmod got crashed (timed out) so i havent save it in time ,when i come back the club door was owned by some guy so he said he cant copy it again since is been owned .I havent met him since that day maybe its the timezone differences.

By the way the proof is not as sufficient as needed, you need proof of the chat and the conversation to see what really happened, you can lie to the best of your ability but thats not gonna do anything because proof is more effecient then your word.
