Reason - (What rules did the person break?) RDA
Story - (What happened?) I had just gotten out of prison and when I went through the tunnel connecting spawn and the bank district I shot the piece of wood and holstered my weapon. Then Jack assumes it was me who shot and decided to arrest me.

Alright, speaking to Jamie and a few other people we have decided that there is not enough proof to tell if Jamie didn't see you or not from the angle he was at.
