Other comments - Don't really have anything else to say, I was falsely reported.
Reason - He reported me for accidently kosing him
Story - (What happened?)
So Today on the 1st of August 2019, in the morning you could say. Milk pushed me off the Tester roof when I was a T, i wasn't having it so I reported him. He got slayed by Eddie for doing that. He wanted revenge so he waited for the right moment. Thats when I was playing as a innocent this evening, I was getting shot at when I was going upstairs. When I was getting shot at I thought that Milk was the T so I called a KOS on him. At the moment when I called the KOS I got killed by a Traitor in the Cave. You will see the clip to understand. At the end of the clip you could see that milk was already planning to report me (He listened to Reversed, another player in the TTT SERVER). The report was avoided by a Super Admin, so he reported me again so that he could see that I get the slay. Loli, the Moderator answered the reported and opened a chat. I explained the situation, and clearly here






he said that this was an accident and asked Milky if he was sure that he wanted to report me and Milk didn't reply.

So I asked Loli if i was going to get slayed and warned at the end, and he said this




It took a while to actually see if he was serious, at the end I got the slay and report. In conclusion like I said it was a complete accident, I was seriously trying not to get any warnings this week so I can try to apply to become a staff. I am seriously sorry for accidently false kosing another player in game. The Proof is in the bottom

accidents happen its not fair i got pushed off tower and landed on somebodys head and killed him and i got slayed + warned it was not fair but shit happens just take it,

In this case you called a False Kos on Milk thinking he shot you but he didnt so he got killed over your false claim, In the video you clearly see when going up the stairs after you've taken the first shotgun shot that you look at milk and see him holding a G3 if not specific you would think its an Ak / Acr. Milk decided not to forgive you even tho it was an accident its up to milk to either "Forgive or Keep the report"

I dont understand why this is a report abuse to be honest. They both didn't do anything wrong. You false kosed him, so he reported you and wanted you punished, in which the staff member obliged. Although he was acting a tad unprofessional when telling you you would be slayed and warned, he had a valid reason to punish you. I would have recommended a punishment appeal instead, as it is rather excessive and it was a honest mistake on your end.

Like I said, it was by accident and I was confused. Your situation you could have just use a program to save the clip of the situation. Milk for example he didn't "accidently" today, he pushed me off the Tester Roof and killed me when I was a T.

After looking at the video it does seem like you False KOS'd Milk. Although it's clear you thought he was the one shooting you you still called a KOS on the wrong person and were punished for that. Although I personally wouldn't have punished you for it because it was a genuine mistake I can see why Loli did.

I'd like to see what you say in response to the above but I don't think you should have made a report since Milk & Loli did nothing wrong in this situation. You should try appealing if anything.

I am not aware of the full situation without the video but understand this, If you make a mistake like a false KOS etc.
If the player that you got killed does not forgive you and the KOS is indeed false it is up to the player. If said player does not forgive the staff member is to handle the report. I maybe would have given you a verbal to be more careful. However, you need to understand that Loli was just doing his job. It is also maybe best that you are 100% sure that you know who it is and if you have to get killed for that to happen so be it.
