Story - (i was being a happy innocent and then all the sudden he jumped off the tower and rdm'd me.)

This is "punishment request" btw

he's staff, he would not be warned and aslayed. If he was to receive a punishment as staff, it would be an official warning or even a demotion, however for this case I don't even think a speaking to is necessary

This is getting ridiculous. If you have concerns with the way a staff member is behaving, you can contact an LT member directly to avoid such threads.
If you both have an issue with one another, this is going to need to be resolved in a timely manner. It appears as though this was nothing more than an accident, in my opinion, however I dont know the full context so I can't come to a complete judgement. Regardless if it is an accident or not, TTT staff should not be treating each other like this, as I witnessed your argument on Harrys application as well.
I want to invite both of you to come onto teamspeak with me and we can discuss the underlying issue together, and attempt to resolve any tension.

You could have come to one of us privately and the issue would have been dealt with the same way, saves the time to make a forum report about it.

Odds are this was a mistake but I understand you two don't get along. Hopefully Toto works on this as it is important for you two to get along. You don't necessarily have to be "friends", just being able to talk to each other without having a negative impact on the server is good enough.

There werent things good between you to and we have talked about it and settle things right. We discussed about the kill ( goomba stump) and the kill was by an accident but vodka is sorry that he killed you.
