What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: RDM

What Server(s) Was This On?: s1

Story:

I was standing watching tama and his crew nuke, i did not pass the kos sign nor did i fire a single shot.
I used psg scope to look and not to harm anyone as you can see in the video.
Tamaninja was reported previously for the same thing yet he still continues breaking rules.
I was killed twice like this but the first log disapeared for dramn so i could only get one log.

So if someone who was a raidable job was stood outside of your base for a proloned period of time, scoped in aiming at you constantly. you would not see that as a threat?

I can stand where ever i want only if i dont past the sign they cant kill me, i looked more than 3 times at the kos sign to make sure i am not passing it..
I am allowed to take out my weapon and aim, unless i shoot they are not allowed to kill me.
Also its rp wich means they dont know if im gangster or not.
If it was you or me we would get punished no need for you to defend them buddy.

What're you on about with it being rp so they don't know your job role? You choose the female gangster class which I am pretty sure there is not a female miner so there would be no mistaken jobs.
Why would you need to take out a weapon to watch them when you could've used a camera?
Why did you have to change to the gangster job?
Why're you evening at the entrance of their base???

I can argue with you whole day, but id rather leave this to a staff member to handle.
Pointing a gun is not a valid reason to kill someone, tamaninja was reported for the exact same reason one or two days ago and it got accepted..
This again shows that he still did not learn from his past actions and the punishment should be harder.
