Other Comments - (Anything else you want to add?) was told to make a new report with the second video since apparently the second video is not "valid" since I put the video in the comments not the template
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) corrupt
Story - (What happened?) Ignore the part of the cop shooting the cop but as you can see polo tazes james stone and when james stone gets up "still wanted" polo ignores and walks the other way. Shortly after james gets unwanted. Clearly a corrupt cop and breaking the rules.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
