Can you stop reporting every staff member for the slightest mistake plz?

When this happened to me but instead with SLAY command , i got rejected for admin .

no i dont , we are all mod . Unless you are saying that moderator should be divided into section? Because i can swear ive been mod for only a little over a month and the rest i was Away for exams .
