What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Raiding building bases and doesn't wanna leave when u ask him to, and when u kill him he warns u, whens its ur base.

What server(s) was this on?:darkrp1

Evidence: Theres too many demote requests about him, and Chief cozart (mod) was there to see it.

Extra information: Hes just not worthy of a mod, never helps, breaks rules, I honestly don't understand how u accepted him, choose wisely ur mods/admins
