Hello LonelyDodo! After loking into this I can see that they are infact are ghosting. Thanks for making the community a better place

I have decided to overrule Elmer's punishment. The proof you provided isn't enough to make us sure they were ghosting, it really only shows them finding some hard spots. Next time I would suggest going to spectator mode and record them for a couple of rounds, that would be sufficient evidence.
