What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
Some guy got warned for saying the N word. His own fault, and he got muted for it. Muted guys, not warned. But whatever. Some guy says "What's the N word". I know he's trolling to I say "Nigerians". Some "really edgy memer bois" then realize there's a country called "Niger". Now this is Christmas for them but no one says anything offensive. Dr Connor mutes someone for saying it with the reason "loophole racism". Not only was he only muted, but it was a false mute as what they said was in no way racist.

I then try to cool the trolls down and mention that I've actually been to Niger and it's really nice. I even say what nice waterfalls it has.

And I get muted for loophole racism... Not only is this a fucking stupid reason, but ht then proceeds to warn me. Remember all those other guys that got warned? Yeah me neither. I guess he likes me more.

Dr Connor mutes someone for saying "Niger". Now, this guy was one of the trolls so he was probably testing his limits, but whatever. He was only muted.

Just basing this purely off of your name (Steam), you clearly intended to loophole racism and not actually have a conversation about the place.

I'd show the full conversation, I can guarantee you did nothing else but said the name and "Oh I recommend it".

Handling

Although I wouldn’t have punished for this, I can see why it would be seen as loophole racism. The issue here is not the punishment, but rather that his punishments wasn’t consistent which may be due to bias, one reason staff can add a warn though is if you have recent punishments for previous similar actions, so that may be why you received a warn on the top. We will just have to wait for the staff members response on this one.

With all this 'sUpEr EdGy LoOpHoLe RaCiSm', why was I the only one to get warned with people literally saying the n word, people saying racial-insults like "nigroids" Even other people that said Nigeria only got a mute (for whatever reason)

These SS' are all within about a 10 minute gap. Wonder what I could get if I toke an SS every time someone said something "offensive"

I'm just gonna take this opportunity to say something which i believe is important for the TTT admins. Please try your best to take into account a users rapsheet, if you are going to punish for a rule break that could result in a ban, for example discrimination or mass RDM+LTAP make sure that you check the persons rapsheet as they could have previous punishments for it, making a ban more likely to be needed over a warn.

This is not just for situations like this, if you know a user is breaking a lot of rules its always best to keep an eye on their rapsheet, as if they are getting lots of punishments they are likely in need of a ban.
