Well, Jeremy Pickles no longer is a Member of the Staff Team on SSRP, as well as I think he actually left the Community?

This is quite clear evidence to go with yourclaims, it also appears that this isn’t the first time he has been reported for scamming

Edit - Jeremy pickles is apparently no longer staff and has left the community so for further action to be taken you would need to change this to a ban request
