Evidence: He had his name as "Do not poke" so as a joke I poked him saying hello, which in its self was nothing but harmless, he then joined the private spacer I was in without asking and called me retarded and left instantly so I could get a word in, so I poked him again telling him not to call me the "R word" then kicked me for harassment

The kick was not at all necessary as I was telling him not to call me retarded and only poked him twice, he is a staff member who should remain professional at all times.
This isn't the first time he has unnecessarily kicked me and likes to join channels I'm in and remind me of 1 time he banned me and when I respond likes to punish me.

If this is true then this is clear abuse but since theres a policy that you cant record under any circumstances your report may be denied

I can see why this is abuse, Sure it says Do not poke, and then calling you a retard that's just rude, But then to kick you for poking him seems a bit over.

If your side of the story is true, then this was clearly abuse and a totally unnecessary kick. Him calling you a 'Retard' was also a very bad move for a TS Staff member

Totally unneeded to call you that, he could have just told you not to poke him anymore.

Here is a solution that takes 5 seconds to apply which would solve the issue.

But that isn't proof of him calling such names etc. if the story holds true than Getzco's actions are indeed questionable.
