He killed me for no reason, used various different lies to try to get away with it and then ran from the F1.
Everything else is clear in the videos.

car scrapper npc so even though you can have full access to npcs its just logic that police shouldn't have to give you access.

and @Justice i was just trying to give him a justifiable reason I know what I can and cant do on the server and if I feel I did something wrong I'm one of the first people to apologise and try to make things right

After speaking to Spectrum and watching your videos, I have decided to deny this report. First of all you stated you were scrapping a car as a guard in which you have no reason to do so? Spectrum also stated it wasn't his full intention to kill you as he was trying to blow up the props. Plus the location it was an active nuclear launch to where he would be killing everyone inside + it was a KOS district. Spectrum will not be demoted, thanks for making a report
