He dared me to go to forums after I said I wasn't going to report him as I trust Insanity's judgement that it wasn't rdm and I was happy that he told him to be more careful. Cause of his pettiness and him pming people to tell them he hates me I decided to report him (photo of him daring me attached)

RDM Let the person ID the body and Ask for a reason why they killed them
Story - (What happened?)
I was a t, I shot filthy frank off a cliff causing him to fall down. I turn around to go down the cliff by the ladder and ID the body. Stephen shoots me so I say "let me ID the body" (the video doesn't capture this because of geforce capture settings but it does show that I am talking in vc in the top right). Stephen continues to shoot me even though I am quite clearly looking for the body and trying to see where he fell to so i can actually ID. He shoots me down to 33 hp so I then go to run to t room but he kills me before I get in there. Not once does he say something in chat or vc. You can see he is shooting at me the whole time even when I am 2 feet away from the body. Although he did technically give me time, it was impossible for me to id the body before he shot me as it fell down the cliff (shown in the video as he is the joker skin at the end) and then when I tried to get to it he continued to shoot at me. He then lied in the active chat saying that I wasn't talking in the vc.

from the looks of it in the video, Stephen saw you shoot the person off the cliff and thought that you were a traitor considering you just shot him. I also think he didn’t call out a KOS because you weren’t shooting at him + he should’ve asked why you shot him. I didn't know I could go down without taking damage.
Even so, after the first shot I made it clear in vc that I was going to ID the body so he shouldnt have shot me the second and third time without asking why or letting me id.

It looks like you shot him, when he was just standing around afk doing nothing. Then turned around and sprinted the complete opposite way of his body. You could have walked down the cliff, or even by the weird iron ore thing, but you ran totally away from it. To me, I can see why Stephen killed you. Derper showed me in game how to get down without turning around and going down the cliff but I didn't know it was possible at the time.

I mean I obviously make an effort to ID it as I ran (admittedly in an indirect route) to the body which you can see at the end of the video was just 2 feet away from me.

I understand what you are saying but I made it clear I was going to ID through vc and I ran straight to his body. Even though there is a more direct route he still didnt let me find and ID the body and therefore it is rdm.

He wasn't afk he moved. Still not a valid reason to kill someone and the rules state you have to let them ID and then ask why they killed the other person. 2.1 Random Death Match
Players are not allowed to kill others without a justifiable reason. Random Death Match or RDM is the act of killing without a justifiable/valid reason and is punishable. It is required to ask a player who killed an innocent why they did so, unless you can be certain that they did not have a valid reason. Without a justifiable, or believable reason they can be killed. Read rules 2.6 and 2.7 for more information on when killing people is acceptable.

I was behind you while you killed the guy, (which the video shows) I then watch you walk up to the guy who has his back turned to you and shoot him. Even after giving you the benefit of the doubt for this you then do a 180 and walk the opposite way from the body, showing no attempt to ID it. And then only wanting to ID it after you start getting shot at

He was standing there you had no reason to kill him in stephan’s eyes

I dont think that rule applies in this situation as it was a fair bit into the round and he wasn't afk.

Hello PZGrens.
After reviewing the evidence you submitted and reading over your report, I have decided to deny this punishment request. In the video, you can clearly see the person you killed is pretty much AFK, once you kill him you do a whole 180 and run off the little cliff. From looking at this perspective and Stephen's perspective, you make zero attempted the id the body as you just run directly in the opposite direction from the person you just killed. From the cliff you were standing on, there are many different routes you could've taken to get to the un-ided body, but you instead turn all the way around and run away. Also, the video does not show us that you were asking him to stop and let you id the body. Even if you did, as I said, from other peoples perspectives this clearly shows you are completely ignoring the un-ided body and just running away. Even if you make it clear that you are going to id the body in voice chat, some people do not use audio in-game and from what Stephen has said, he did not hear you say anything.

In conclusion, from Stephan's perspective, I can see why he killed you. You make no attempted to id the person you just killed because you just turn around in the opposite direction and run away. Even if you tried to ask Stephan to stop killing you and let you id the body, Stephen did not hear you say anything in-game. I would like to thank you for making this punishment request and taking the time to do so, but it has been:
