What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Slayed me after I witnessed him killing 2 people as a T but apparently I engaged in RDM because I didn't ask him why he just murdered 2 people. I didn't even kill him and gave him a chance to explain himself but it still didn't justify both of the murders. Rule 2.1 of TTT states it is 'recommended' to ask and not required so I was well within my rights of shooting first and didn't even need to stop and ask him however either way he was a traitor. Blatant abuse of his powers and after the dozens of bad experiences I'v heard other players have with him I am not surprised.

This is kind of an interesting situation ngl. Well it is getting told around that you have to ask why someone killed someone else, but as you said its says in the rules that you are only recommended to ask and only if you scroll further down to see the invalid KOS reasons you see that you need to ask. Its pretty much a sitaution where the rules are conflicting with each other. I am just surpised that no one even realised till now.

I dont think he should get punished for it, because he probably got told that this is the way how this would be handled, but I think its also kinda unfair for this guy that he got punished even tho this conflicting of the rules still exist. I think the warn should get removed (cause its kinda unfair for new people that read the rules, see its recommended and then proceed to get punished just because they didnt knew better) and the rules should be reworked

Hello Namas,

I've looked over your evidence and spoken with Callum about this situation.

You did RDM Callum, and therefore you were slain. You should have asked Callum for his reason for killing the first person, as he had killed him for throwing an incendiary grenade, which is a valid reason to kill him.

Rule 2.7
"A player kills an innocent and had a valid reason for doing so."

As Callum had a valid reason for killing them, you killing him was RDM. This is why you have to ask for a reason if you want to kill them for it. You cannot know if they had a valid reason unless you ask.

As for the second person, you joined the gunfight as you shot Callum before he could identify the body.

Therefore you did RDM him, and Callum was correct to punish you, so this has been denied. I have spoken with Callum about his attitude during this situation and how he should have explained the rule better to you, instead of letting his frustration get in the way, which he apologizes for.
