Basically sinz shot me because he lost the event and blamed it on me and I killed him with my ACS bubble then he changes gun dealer, supplies himself with weapons in the district but whilst i steal it as a gangster he comes and shoots me whilst interacting with the district he died in about 30 seconds before in.

to start you can see that I am trying to go to another district and moreover you are trying to steal my weapon shipemenet to try to annoy me so the situation is not of the nlr since you tried to steal my weapon cargo and that the murder is only from you and not from me because you tried to steal from me so this is only your fault not mine in conclusion	sinzz Offline Loyal Boarder ! Hello, thank you for making this report. After reviewing the evidence I decided to accept this. Sinz wasn't meant to be buying shipments but instead actively attempt to leave the district while minimising any RP with Spawn.
