TOPIC: [TTT] Callum's Demotion Appeal

Punishment Reason - Bad Attitude
Story/Situation - Recently, and I do admit to this, my attitude has not been the best. When I tried to apply for admin, many of my colleagues have pointed this out, and also gave examples. I do apologize for the bad attitude, and I have been trying my best to improve it since I had closed that admin app. I am sorry to the people I may have upset or got mad at, and I believe I should be given another chance, I did not mean to be as rude as I was.

I'm not here to call out anyone's activity but Callum is the most consistent in his activity and is on alot more often than anyone else on the staff team. I am frequently on at the same time as him and I never notice him making a mistake and I get the feeling that if he did make a false judgement it wouldn't be malicious and he seems willing to learn.

I mean speaking from experience to get demoted without an official warning you must have fucked up really badly to the point where it might be better to just wait a bit and apply again later, I don't know the full story so I can't say for sure. Good luck!

I do however believe that even the fact that you went in the effort of making an appeal and show that you are capable of genuinely changing is good enough to warrant a second chance but it's not up to me.

Look Callum, I personally think you should give it some time. Like you are a good mod don't get me wrong but lately you just seemed off. For example yesterday I watched you kill an afk as an innocent (maybe you were tilted about the demote idk) which ofc isn't allowed. As Armani says you should just take "a little break" and get some reputation back just from being on the server.
