So I thought my alt account was still in broccoli. It appeared I wasn't. I ended up shooting jack when he was wanted and killing my gang members, so I fired at jack and did not kill him.

He straight up Psygund me and said "you can't do this" and ended up giving me a warning straight away.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
I now know what I did wrong and I've learned from it but this is my FIRST ever warning and I've never had a verbal warning before either. I'd like to have this warning removed as a simple sit could have resolved this situation instead of giving me a full-blown warning for it.

When I was "shooting your gang members" I was shooting cops. As a civ/gangster you arnt allowed to defend cops, even if they are your friends/gang. Well I think Jack could have handled the situation diffrently with a verbal warning since you haven't gotten a single warning and I know you would never want to break any rules on the server you respect the rules and I find it a bit harsh giving you a warning for this. I have decided to overrule the original verdict on this appeal.

A warning would be a fair punishment in this scenario however I felt as though it was a breach of the ethos as your rapsheet is completely void of any previous punishments, it caused minimal impact to RP and you do not have a history of causing trouble on SSRP.

The warning given to STEAM_0:0:512733426 will be removed however please re-read the server rules and ensure you do not repeat the same mistake.
