Reason: Posting a Tenor link that freezes discord if you hover over it

Time: Permanent

Story: Posted a tenor gif because it had a big link, didn't know it froze discord until the person I was talking to told me. I would have deleted it but it was automatically removed. Won't post it anymore pinky promise

I sometimes question your staffing ability for example:
When in game your were shouting "jugger". I asked you what it meant and you said it is a Canadian word for the n-word

You repeatedly break our Discord rules/TOU and you have subsequently been punished without learning your lesson. This behaviour also extends to our other services, namely TTT, which does not help your case at all.
