Story - I went on SSRP and Capone starts a nuke, immediately after I walk over to rich where they are nuking, he starts talking shit in chat. I retaliate and begin talking shit to him, which yes, it was a really dumb thing to do, the best thing I could have done in this situation was to just ignore him. But to be honest, I've been fed up with his constant shit talking for years now, and it finally boiled over and I spoke my mind to him. I said some really choice words, but I wouldn't have called it harassment as I only mentioned his English skills one time, and after I was told to stop, I did. Also in the ban request, Tama cut the parts out of the proof that showed Capone starting the argument, and him disrespecting me back, which I had to get myself and show people in TS. I understand that I have a massive problem with being argumentative, and like what I said before with breaking rules, I'll try to change it. I used to get like 10 recents every 2 weeks which was insane, but I made a promise that I'd tone it down, and eventually it happened, and I rarely get punished anymore. In my honest opinion, I feel like a perm for this was a bit excessive, even after I showed them that I wasn't the one that started it, Onion insisted to keep me permd. I've waited a week already to appeal, and I would really like one more chance to prove that I can stop arguing with anyone that gives me a punishment.

This ban just goes to show how bias Onion is . This is because Sam hasn't had recent punishments of the disrespect variant for quite some time now.

Sam is an amazing person, I have known them ever since I first started zarp a few years back

Last punishment for harassment was one months ago and he gets a perm. I pray Sam doesn’t have to go through the shit show I went through to be un permbanned.

Few things,
First of all, you've had many second chances in this community and I think it doesn't really matter how much chances you get you still break your promises, I think you haven't learned anything at all and this case proves it further, moreover I think that calling a week long time to think about something that is seriously wrong with you isn't even a punishment worth it, you've been in this community for so long and seems like most of the time you were banned, and I think you should keep being banned, one week isn't enough to change yourself and you're constantly fucking shit up within the community and frankly I think that the mods are done dealing with your shit, even onion insists on keeping you banned, and I can relate to why, you tend to be toxic and you disobey yourself and the rules, I can quickly pull out a few cases where you were permad and promised to change yet you still didn't, after so many chances and it seems like you don't even intend to change, I think that keeping you banned is the correct decision, I wish you good luck in this case.

Cut the arguing this just literally proves our point about some of you guys and is part of the reason why Sam is currently banned from SSRP, this isn't a primary school playground

It's only been 4 days since You have been permanently banned for harassment.

I have nothing against you, but you have to understand that there is absolutely no chances that You're getting unbanned any time soon as bans for harassment tend to last for many months. Good luck.

Although you didn't have recents for it, Every single day i saw you on you were causing trouble, Harassing people including myself.

You are all talking shit about how he "changed", Yet you fail you realize that he threatened a member in the community, saying that he will break his legs. Instead of standing up for him bringing bullshit reasons how about you bring in actual reasons why he should be unbanned, and so far I see no excuse as far as his constant harassment towards capone regarding his grammar, and that is only one of many cases.
