Story/Situation - What happened?
So i was testing people after being proven, I ask CCemox to get tested, he refuses, since i wasn't a detective i obviously couldn't do anything but this made me suspicious. Then CCemox pulls out a m398b and i question him about it. When i question him he jumps into the water without saying anything and then i proceed to kos him.
In the report when he reported me for false kos, Which i didn't even kill him so idk why i got warned for kos, He says he said that he had the t weapon, yet i didn't see it. and he didn't make it that clear quite obviously. And then jumped straight into the water after i questioned him aobut it and swum away. I understand why i would get punished but due to my last warning being last year in april a verbal would be more suitable right? <3

If what you said is true then you have to or provide evidence to show that your right and this actually happened.. If CCMOX actually said he had a T weapon then the warning is valid. ( verbal warning would have been okay if you were new and hence your not new a normal warning is valid ) Get video proof or its gonna be hard proving this man GL! Thats the thing, if he did point it out and say he had it, He didn't make it that clear. and when i question him about the t weapon he doesnt say anything and just jumps into the water, sounds like he was trying to get someone warned to me, if that makes any sense
