Punishment Reason - Attitude (I was originally told it was for breaking NDA)

Story/Situation - There was a meeting and I was unhappy with the way the voting had gone due to me disagreeing with certain things that happened that I cannot go into detail on, but to me it seemed really unfair. I had a little rant about how I thought it was unfairly voted on and then I left from teamspeak. I thought that would be the end of it and I wasn't going to carry it on any further than that. I was contacted by Annie soon after letting me know she would try to set up an impromptu meeting to vote again due to what had happened, this never happened though. Either way I was done with it and presumed that was the end of it. I still honestly don't understand where I showed bad attitude as I stayed calm through the whole thing and didn't do anything that would display bad attitude, I simply explained that I thought it was quite unfair and left the meeting, nothing got said about it since.
Extra Information - I was originally told my official was for breaking NDA, which I never did, and I don't know why or how that surfaced. When I've explained my side of the story, I've been told that my official is just for bad attitude, but it really seems like that's just an added reason to keep the official. It did take me by surprise when I heard it today, because I had not been told about my official at any point, nor did it get logged by the handling staff member, which is disappointing but that's getting dealt with.

I'd like to say sorry to anyone who has found my attitude to be wrong at any point, and if I have, please just talk to me about it so I can understand where.

I would want to know more detail as to who classed this as enough for an Official Warning. One case of bad attitude when you have a great history of doing good for the server seems hardly fair and I would talk to you to make sure you understand to keep it professional before just whipping out an official. Also with this NDA stuff, someone needs to be able to back that up cus I hope they aren't just bullshitting on that one...
