Story - What happend? So basically in the morning I was coin flipping with a admin and this is exactly what happened. I said ok so 3 evos right? Then the admin said yes, then the admin said the rules it was close to /roll 666 / f23 no back outs / type agree. That's all the rules he said. So we flipped I won and after that he took me to a roof and said ok I could leave withought paying you because I did not say what we are coin flipping for in the rules. I said you did in a different line? And he said it did not matter and he would go talk to CLARKY about it. After he did he told me clarky said yes it's not scamming and he was nice enough to give me the items.
Latter that day I was coin flipping with someone same exact thing I said " /roll 666 f23 no back outs agree?" He said yes and we went to flip when I lost I said the exact same thing CLARKY and the admin told me and bat still banned me for doing the same exact thing clarky said was fine. He told me to pay and I said no clarky said it's fine he asked me for proof. I said my gmod is full screen windowed I can't minimize it to see if I have the video he did not let me check if I still had the video and just banned me, I don't think that it is fair for staff to ban people just because it's their friends losing money. When I got scammed by a staff it was ok so I want a unban acording to the admin he said he asked clarky about it so he should know.


Proof - No I delete videos I don't need and I did send it to my trash but did not empty it it's weird it's not there if anyone has suggestions on how to get it back let me know.

After discussing your appeal with Honest and Clarky, I have determined this to be scamming.

A stake was given alongside the agreed rules - contextually speaking JMT agreed to a coinflip with a 70m stake. If anything, using the excuse of "the agreed winnings weren't in the same message so I don't have to pay" could be considered loopholing.

As it stands I'm prepared to deny this appeal unless you are able to pay JMT what you owe?

Sure I will pay then can I pay you now and you give it to him when hes on?
