Time - How long were you banned for? 3 days
Story - Honest decided to orbital strike the christmas tree when i was there and i died. i returned and revenge rdmed him and he proceded to freeze me and the ban man, i have no warnings or anything of that nature he just banned me didnt even say anything
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I have no proof, But i have a witness of him moving me up there, Sam The Sasuage witnessed it

First of all, when i orb'd sam's head, there was nobody exept you, Sam and I, when the orb was about to blow up, you tried to shoot me, and then my orb killed you, you came back, and you killed Sam while he was shooting the NPC with the milkor.
And if you got banned 3 days, it's because 5 minutes earlier you did the exact same thing, i killed you, i pulled out an RPG to do experiments with Sam, you can back and you shot me.
If you want to get unbanned, you'll have to supply evidence, and lying is won't give you a chance to get unbanned.
You should really edit your ban appeal, and write exactly what happened, before getting in troubles again.

Honest told you everything you need to know, it's his word over yours, that's how the system works, if you don't Edit the post and say what actually happened, your ban could be extended for lying in your appeal.
