[b]Staff Members Name -Dr house most likely [b]Punishment Reason -that I was inactive BUT I had a reason [b]Server -[/b] TTT [b]Story/Situation -[/b]I was demoted yesterday on the grounds that I had no activity I normally get my activity at the weekends and mostly on Sunday. anyways gmod was saying I had an older version of it which I can fix by redownloading it which takes about 2 hours, I had sent dr house a message because it has happened twice now which I thought he would understand. round about 19:57 yesterday I was told I was demoted to user by nepgear I sent them the screenshot of me messaging dr house and explained that's why I didn't get my time, nep gear kindly said that they were gonna talk to house about It. I was then told at 20:32 today that there is nothing we can do about it. I then commented on the fact that I had no message off anyone about been inactive to which nep gear said that "well house told us that you were uninterested in TTT" which WAS correct but ISN'T now. I told house that I was uninterested 3 weeks ago. which s a bit unfair if I want to resign I would have done it and not revoked it. i would like my admin rank back please[code]Name -Fives

If your so interested in TTT now surely there wont be a problem with just playing it and re-applying. Unless you cant get activity in which case why are you trying to remain staff.

I can attest for fives as I requested him to come on multiple times the past week and he told me of this issue

He deserves his rank back as sometimes technology can be difficult

Gib this man a chance! If technical difficulties are now grounds for a demotion I don't know what to say, you all already knew Fives circumstances with activity when he was an admin and I have to say fives is a great guy from what I remember and whether or not he was warned in the past I am sure that would have expired now. All I have to say is that if someone from my group I would let them take the leave as I already do with one of them due to special circumstances ( I run a regiment on one of the largest SWRP severs now )

Meh, telling me that you lost interest in TTT but now saying that you changed after there was no improvment in your activity, communication with the LT whatsoever I personally thought that you just lost interest in staffing but for some reason didn't want to resign so bringing that up now seems kinda shady to me.



Even if you you're not home the whole week except for sundays then why do we not know about it?
All I know is that there is some kind of problem with your Gmod and if you need to reinstall it in order to get it working again
then you could've done that during the week.
Considering that you came up with that excuse two times in a row & considering that you messaged me 3 hours before the meeting when it was already too late to even get your minimum time and in addition to those
points you have been struggling to get your time for more than 4 weeks now aaand that you told me that you had lost interest, I felt that a demotion was reasonable.

By the way I don't really get why you think that I was the one who may or may not brought you up, but even if I did there was a vote on you, like its not that anyone could get you demoted single handedly.

Edit: About that "I wasn't warned" thingy:

You have been officially warned for inactivity on 18/11/2018, so imo you had enough time to tell us that you'd like to go on inactivity, that certaint changes in your life came up and you're only able to get on the server on weekends etc etc but all of that didn't happen, so I honestly don't really get what you are on about.

Edit 2: Also the week after you were officially warned Henny tried to contact you, that was on 25/11/18, because you didn't get your time again, to which apparently you did not respond.
So yet again, a lack of communication on your side honestly, like.. I'm sorry but atm thats how I see this situation..
