Staff Members Name - Who warned you? Nafe told me i got official today

Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? Low F1 count

Server - Which server did this occur on? N/A

Story/Situation - What happened? Due to the fact it was my 17th birthday last Friday I was going to party's, cinemas and generally going out with my mates so I didn't really have time to go on server 1 to specifically do F1s, instead of this before i went AFK mining on server 2/3 I would look around the map and generally just look for rule-breakers.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? On server 2/3 most staff members are AFK so users tend not to make F1s, instead they just advert for example "RDM" or put in OOC "RDM" so in my opinion that's why my F1 count is low. I'm sure some people can vouch for me

PS: I don't really think the ZARP link to my birthday post will help, because I didn't specifically say I was going to be inactive, but instead I just assumed people would take it that way and for that im terribly sorry.

Edit: I'm sure the LT can check if I've being punishing players

Cant u get on s1 for about an hour? i used to staff only on s3 and then friday go on s1 for a bit. You could of still avoided it. U may of got away with it if you made an inactivity post before. It kinda seems like your making stuff up because you got a slap on the wrist. If you dont do it again the official will just go away. Just acept it and move on

I can definitely confirm that Ryan is usually doing sits out of F1's and is always checking out of the map for printers in Server 2 and Server 3. Its not hard to click join on s1, thats his own fault and is not a valid excuse. Doesnt matter if you help outside of f1's, you still have to complete the very small minimum of 20f1s.

Not doing F1's for a week is not Official Warning worthy. If i was an LT i would forgive him ,because i know what he does, what kind of person he is and that he did, in-fact have his 17th birthday recently.

I got an official for shooting cop that was inside the base i was raiding. If he did something wrong it should be an official. U are not later punished for the number of officials and if they see the officials they will take into account the servirety of the warning. Either way it should remain as it should be documented somewhere no matter how bad it was. It looks like. it will be accepted tho so it probs just turn into a verbal. Either way it doesnt matter it wasnt going to affect you anyway

I would not have a problem with this being removed. However, I'd still like to see you hit the minimum F1 count, even if that means playing on Server One for a bit. Needless to say, though, having a staff member on our other servers is good seeing as it's usually not prioritized by other staff members.

My only problem is that I told you to do more F1s before this official punishment was issued. For now, I'll stay neutral but I believe a removal should be considered. I would be supporting you but I already previously told you that you should attempt to go on Server 1 and do F1s even though it might be a bit annoying.

We will presumably discuss this later in the week and I wish you the best of luck!
