TOPIC: SSRP ban appeal

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? 6 Recent Warnings + 1 Recent Ban + 2.7 FearRP
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP server1
Time - How long were you banned for? 1 week
Story - What happened? I was being mugged by a person, I then proceeded to just kill the mugger. Richard flies over and explains that im not allowed to kill a mugger due to FearRP rules. upon being banned I was advised to read the rules, so I did.
"You may only mug in a place that you cannot be seen or is not visited by many people" - Dr Richard can back up that this was done in SPAWN surrounded by people, so hes not allowed to mug me there, making it not FearRP.
"You must use /me to conduct FearRP." - the mugger did not use /me to perform the FearRP, so its not FearRP at all.
" If you are held at gunpoint and you weren't holding a gun first, you must follow demands given to you." - the mugger in question admitted to not even owning a gun, so as FearRP must be held at gunpoint, this wasn't FearRP.
In conclusion, the whole basis of this ban was wrong, as there was no FearRP in the first place. Now I wont pretend that this was the sole reason for the ban, but it was the deciding factor, so I want this removed.

From your proof it is quite evident that he has falsely used fear RP and I'm this case as he is threatening you I guess this wasn't rdm?

As onion stated the ban trigger was invalid thus meaning you should have never been banned, however I was informed your attitude was terrible and I suggest improving on that for your own sake, you will be unbanned.
