Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? Raiding base with a building sign

Server - Which server did this occur on? S1

Story/Situation - What happened? So Matthew was building a base inside the area that most people put their shops and things, he had building signs ON the actual base but then removed them. He placed a building sign outside of the actual area (This means he's kinda taking over the entire thing right?) I thought he meant the 2 fences he had placed so I decided to not shoot those with the tgun and I shot his shop structure instead which didn't have a building sign on it, I walked up to him and said "Hm I wonder who did that" and then he said "It was clearly you and because of that I'm gonna get you banned". After that he kicked me and also called me a dumbass, I didn't know he was building that structure of his since there was no building sign even close to it so I just assumed he was building the other thing not that one.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? Are you actually allowed to kick for this? I'm pretty sure you're supposed to warn somebody for this?

After reading the appeal, contacting matthew, checking out Magik's appeal, it's outcome and judging on the recents before this kick, I've decided to deny this.
