Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? Skeleton Warrior
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Homophobic
Server - What server did you get banned from? SSRP
Time - How long were you banned for? 1 Week
Story - What happened? I used slander and if offended someone.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No
Extra Information - I feel that my ban was too harsh, yes I did recently come off a ban but I was not aware about the new changes in the policy since I have been away for quite some time. I feel that since I was away for this long and was not aware of the changes the admin who banned me should've explained the new policy to me properly and given me a less harsh of a punishment due to my lack of knowledge on the updated policy. I was only recently informed that it was updated and that saying homophobic words such as "fag" in my case could get you banned. I feel that the situation could've been handled better so that it can improve my knowledge on the rules, and stop me breaking rules in the future. I did not intend on getting a ban and I personally apologise to the player(s) and admin(s) I may of affected.

I would think that given the policy is still rather new, would be to most always give a warning first or a day ban. Once you’ve done your job and made sure they understand the policy and they continue then you can hit them with the hammer. I understand that he has recently come off a perma ban but thats even more of a reason to gather a strong base before having to return him to a perma. I've spoke with Black Kid and made it clear he is on thin ice and that any further rule breaking will result in a long ban. You shouldn't always jump to a ban that only pushs people further to break rules.
