So as you see in this video it looks like Goomba shot the guy in the tower so i kos him. I think this looks like a reason to kos him.He said eventualy in the chat box he does not want to forgive me because he died of it. so thats why i am appealing it.

In my opinion it doesnt look like Goomba shot him at all i can clearly see him holding a sten which is not a one shot to the head, but i can understand how in the heat of the moment it could have looked like he killed the afk. You really need to be more careful because as i am aware this is now the 3rd appeal you have made over a valid warn, how many times do you expect to be let off a punishment because you appeal it?

Hello Happydead after viewing the evidence provided and talking with Box I've decided to deny this appeal due to the fact that Goomba was holding a sten, therefore impossible to oneshot hit him as well as this being your 2nd or 3rd appeal of which I'm fairly sure all have been valid punishments so in my opinion you have been given numerous times to improve. I understand this was heat of the moment but since it is clear he did not kill him and no logs are provided to show he did do something KOSable this is :denied:
