I said as JOKE „Box u gay“ and he tooked it as joke after it I got muted and warned for it. But why is it okay THAT A STAFF MEMBER say in mic multiple times „Bitch“? It’s the same what I done.

For Boss saying bitch it really depends on the context. There is no rule saying he is not allowed to swear however if it is directed at someone it is disrespectful, which is against the rules. Some evidence would be nice.

As for what you said to Box while I do agree it looks a little petty I can understand the punishment. Given the context it looks like you are implying that being gay is bad even if it was a joke.

Though i taken it as a joke as I don't find being called gay as an offence personally but it may offend others playing on the server as it is obviously discrimination to use "gay" in the form of an insult, Even if you didn't mean it as an insult some people can feel disrespected by being called something they aren't so instead of saying this try to keep it away from discrimination and/or disrespect.

and also You didn't know if i was going to take it as an insult or not so you took a risk there as well, so I'm going to say this again, Dont use Sex/Race/Religion etc against people as it is Discrimination and may be taken offensive.
