Story/Situation - What happened?

I will actually be serious so I was basically warned for exploiting i got warned while I was playing on aztec with lewis and we were just having a fun time seggs decided to warn me after I ignored his verbal warns I later got warned. in my previous appeal red mentioned that I was exploiting before I was on Aztec I will admit I did do it on hot dessert but at the time there weren't any admins on the server the people that were on were only Marx and sen and they didn't care me doing it they never asked telling me to stop doing it while i did exploit quite often my intentions were not to ruin gameplay it was just only having fun

Verbal warnings that were received on a prior date should not affect a punishment where someone in the exact same situation was let off. Yeah ok he was told not to exploit but does that change anything about the fact that he was literally just having fun with lewis???? If the situation was fine (which it was according to lewis' appeal), pablo's prior verbals should not be relevant when no-one gave a shit about the exploiting apart from seggs who was sat spectating for some reason.

It's not even the whole verbal thing it's just why? Like two people clearly friends having some fun. I don't get how your experience was ruined by these two having fun. It's literally you and them. Hello Pablo, sorry for the delay

After speaking with multiple people involved in the situation and reviewing the logs to understand the situation to the best of my ability, I have decided to deny this appeal. I have decided this not because you and Lewis were having fun on the server alone, rather because you were exploiting when 2 other users were on the server. You said in your appeal that they didn't care about it but after contacting one of the users, it would seem that they did care and it eventually led to them both leaving the server. One of the users even contacted red to get staff online which is when seggs joined. You should probably make sure that users are not bothered by your actions before exploiting if there are only a few players online

If it was just the situation with you and Lewis on the server alone, I likely would have had this punishment removed, however, with sufficient evidence from the logs that you exploited before seggs joined and interrupted the other 2 user's experience, I have no choice but to deny this appeal.
