Story - What happened? Me and spoons were arguing with a player called Yaman, we were mass spamming the n word in chat, but we didn't identify it or direct it towards Yaman, I know it is still an inexcusable thing to do but I believe the ban was unfair as I had no recents and we were trading insults in the argument back and forth therefore my opinion is that both parties were at fault, and Yaman has been perma banned for his attitude himself now therefore I feel as though it is evident that it wasn't just me and spoons in the wrong at the time. I still apologise and regret the argument sincerely and thatI just wanted to get this off of my chest as after all it is just a game at the end of the day and it is not that serious and I have taken it too far. I also went too far with the unnecessary racism, and I apologise to Yaman for calling him such profound names.

I honestly shouldn't have targeted Yaman to begin with, therefore I am in the wrong either way and I feel as though I just got carried away. I just wanted to re-clarify that the "mass racism" was not targeted towards Yaman or anyone at all, I was just blaring it out which was a mistake nonetheless, but it seemed wise to clear that up now. I would also like to add that prior to the event that unfolded, I had no warnings or any sort of punishment beforehand, only a 5 minute mute at the time from Prix for the mass racism at the time. I would also like to sincerely apologise to Prix for the amount of stress I was causing at the time, as a lot of stuff was happening during the time the lead up to my permanent ban. There were new people getting encouraged by Yaman to mass rdm myself and Spoons, and he had to deal with a lot considering he was the only staff on at the time. (About 3-5 genuine new players got banned that day for mass rdm and harassment)

I would like to also sincerely apologise to both Nafe and Chute, who wasted a lot of their time checking both logs and getting the two sides of the story, and also for seeing my actions and the appalling words I have said at the time.

Lastly, I would just like to apologise to Yaman one last time. I honestly really did take it too far with the words I’ve said and that racism never has a place in both real life or on a Garry’s mod server, and I am really sorry for repeatedly disrespecting you.

I have now learned that every action I take, there will ALWAYS be consequences to come with it, no matter where it takes place, and I will apply that to my attitude now and in the future.

Hes clearly apologetic for his actions the mute for racism was for one time and he was the only one not to harass me directly when i was dealing with all the things going on
