Admin's Name: Who banned you/who might it be? I have no clue it was so long ago
Reason: What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Spamming or something
Time: How long were you banned for? I think I have been banned for around 2 years now I don't really remember
Story: What happened? I think I got all mad after I getting banned on SSRP or something so I went onto the discord and started spamming something I don't fully remember it was around 2 years ago and I just want to be unbanned/another chance
Proof: Any proof that clearly shows what happened. I don't have proof of anything
Extra Information: Anything you think may be relevant to your ban. I just want another chance
