TOPIC: [Minecraft Punishment Appeal] Exaltedpvp

Punishment Reason - What was the reason for the punishment(s)? For using an alt account
Server - Which server did this occur on? Minecraft.Zarpgaming.com
Story/Situation - What happened? I was kicked for using an alt account. This is false. My fiance is in the next room using one of my other accounts. PZGrens did a basic name search and saw that the account had a similar name in the past. In my opinion, he did not acquire enough information/evidence before taking action. Just because an account has a similar name it does not mean its an alt. Plenty of players match names together all of the time, for example, Steave1, Steave2, Steave3. What also upsets me is that if I was for example near lava or flying with elytra I could very well have died. I am sure I would not be given my loot back after this either. I would suggest checking the player is safe before punishing. I have been told that it works similarly on the DarkRP Garry's Mod server.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)? Thank you for reading this appeal. I hope the appropriate action is taken to prevent future instances of this occurring.





P.S I could have been balls deep in another PinkL base at the time. Which is certainly not ideal for me or my faction.

Definitely give this man a break hes just trying to enjoy time with his fiance hes living the life we cant afford.

Also, the fact at hand was the previous name was "ExaltedPVE" changed two days prior i.e. server release this in my eyes being enough evidence as it stands, However PZ then went out of his way to contact a community manager who was online at the time to find out what to do, In the case that it was really your Fiance and that isn't just some bullshit reason I'm sure this can be resolved.

as for appeal, can confirm what he said is true. I think it shouldn't be a punish app but a speaking to request due to the fact he could have lost progress from an uneducated punishment

Why would you just assume that I only did a name search? I contacted a cm who got sufficient proof and then was told to either kick or ban you.
