TOPIC: [SSRP] W0b's Ban Appeal

To the handling admin please dont immediately accept or deny it i want to see what the majority of the community think before this gets ended

as far as im aware all the bans involving the incident were done by TheXnator

the reasons include the following:
exploiting
mass rdm
mass job abuse
no intent to play
no intent to rp
NLR
at some point probably Mass RDA

Permanent (been around 4-5 months)

Story - What happened?
1) the most important reason was exploiting, this led to the ban being permanently (which means forever): the exploit that i did i wouldnt exactly class as one but hey ho im here so basically back when players were mega basing from the gang of jay house, pink lemonade and any other smaller gangs i decided to log on and randomly use an airstrike. upon using the airstrike it caused major server lag due to the mass amount of entities inside the base currently under going (please bare in mind the base was crack house and i was airstriking electric) so at first i had no idea but upon figuring this out i decided to spam another 3 airstrikes down 1 after another to see the end results. in which TheXnator froze me and told me to stop (giving me a verbal sort of speak) in to which i did follow his COMMANDS, however i then used other explosive 10 minutes later due to boredom (bare in mind the other explosives caused 0 lag to the server and only effected the friends i was talking to at the time) however this was apparently yet another mistake to do...

2) Reason 2: Mass RDM, well its kinda of self explanatory but yeah after the 1st part of the story took place i had a moment in to which i placed multiple timed c4s underneath my friends in the spawn/electric tunnel to which then started to get moved by other players towards spawn points and also underneath xnator however MYSELF and JACK BUSHROSS attempted to prevent it upon seeing it happen by gravity gunning and throwing them towards electric but it was too late. This led up to the ban.

3) the mass job abuse: this one isn't as serious but prior to the ban i was just bored and started nuking as a range of jobs and in a range of different locations that you are not allowed to nuke in. i got warned everytime i did it so i was punished fairly however i feel the need to throw it in simply based on the "RECENT PUNISHMENTS" aspect as i can't exactly remember all the reasons as there is a lot of them.

4) no intent to play/no intent to rp: well as true as this was at the time i'd say it was false. yes evidently from my actions explained above you would think i didn't want to play on the server however due to the BASE happening every weekend and no one doing anything "ACTIVE" on the server, The server was extremely boring so i simply logged on to mess around with some friends which ended up turning out badly for me as i ended up effecting the majority of the server whilst having a laugh.

5) NLR: well I don't know if it was an official reason that had a part in my ban I can only assume at the time of my ban I most likely had NLR so this is simply why this is here on the list

6) similarly to number 5, MASS RDA not sure if it played a part or if i even did it (simply assumed if i was cop i most likely did) but i thought i would play it safe and put it in here

finally number 7) whilst on the ban list i used the pickaxes banned user feature to help my gang members raid Xnators base by simply running in and distracting the defenders of the base whilst they raided i also did this multiple times as the raid was quite lengthy (along with this i made profit from the base whilst banned which included around 10m cash from xnators printers which if he so desperately needs i shall gladly give it back

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
for the main reasons of my ban TheXnator witnessed the events himself so there isn't a need. for the others i simply put them in to be on the safe side as its been a long time and i cant quite remember what rules i broke i just know it was most of them.

I am extremely sorry to the Xnator for wasting his time all those months back and by damaging the base by causing massive lag. If any of the players lost anything during that period i shall personally refund it out of my own inventory however im pretty sure most of them got banned...



Upon my appeal hoefully getting accepted i will also announce upon my return i will give away 3 dark matter guns to 3 different people (1 to each person)

Hi Rob, thank you for your appeal. After speaking to TheXnator we have decided to lower your ban to to 2 weeks. Make sure you refund me the Golden Juggernaut suit I lost because of the lag. Cheers.
