Punishment Reason - Disrespect & leaving a sit
Server - SSRP 3
Story/Situation - Endured 45 mins of being trolled so called MissLegend a c***. Got TP to the roof so I said, “I’ll tell you in front of an admin, YOU ARE A C***.” I turned and walked away I had nothing else to add. Got TP back and warned all the while MissLegend was trolling in chat
Extra Information - Yes, I think it would have been best if admin gathered more information and took the fact that I was clearly frustrated into account. It was handled badly IMHO. I believe EMP caught the end on my stream. I spoke to EMP and he even remarked. See SS added.

From what I heard about the situation, your response to it is only rational and expected idk why staff did nothing about the fact he was following you around for so long clearly trying to provoke a reaction.

If a person is clearly following someone around for so long and is having a detrimental impact on that player's experience why staff would not approach that person to make them stop. And while it's being streamed just makes the staff team look even worse considering most the viewers held staff ranks.

Anyway good luck with your appeal I'm sure the staff member that is dealing with it will take into consideration the events leading up to the punishment

I hope the viewers don’t look down on ZARP. At the time I think there wasn’t staff active on server till EMP came on. They saw emp log on and stopped funny enough. I've spoken with Windows and have decided that this warning should be removed. If you have the clips from the VOD of Miss Legend also harassing you, I would strongly recommend making a report abuse against her so that can also be dealt with, but for the time being, given the situation and the fact that you in a situation where it is understandable to have gotten angry and said what you did, this warning is going to be removed.
