Date/Time of Incident: Yesterday when the database was down
Item(s) Lost: 400 m202s

Story: I had 400 m202e the data base was down on s3 and I opened a card pack and got a m202 I now have lost all my m202s
Evidence: I don’t have evidence as I had no idea it would happen

Additional Info: I know for a fact I had 400 m202s as I was crafting them that day i crafted 69 m202s last night and when I checked to see how many I had i only have 70 I’m certain I didn’t miss place 400 of them

(Even though I've explained the way it works before.) There are 0 reasons as to why this will be denied other than pure laziness or not being able to accept that this is a bug. Yes it did and it has happened on that shitty low performed server, it can happen on any server with a DB it has to connect to if it isn't a localhost connection. I do believe this is because of the inventory system being badly coded when it comes to things like this because it wasn't intended for this sort of thing in the first place.

If you have a new value of items put into your inventory then when the DB reconnects, it will replace the amount you had beforehand (as far as I can remember from what EMP told me I could be wrong /shrug).

I crafted 69 m202s and when I checked my inv I had 70 so I believe what you said is true it replaced all my other m202s with only 1

But yeah, you never want to be on the server if the DB is down. I don't think there is any way to find out whilst you're on and it goes down unless if you reconnect and see that everything is missing so I highly suggest you just stick to S1 until an owner can let us know when it's safe to play the server again without having to worry about losing items.
