I think its a issue with the riot shield I lost a lot of hp when I used it and someone shot at it even tho they were shooting at the riot shield.

Side note: I don't recall there being many issues with the shield when it first came out, though I do remember a couple of glitches people used to mess with, and possibly still mess with as a result of its strangeness.
