TOPIC: Who can do the most F1's [GiveAway]

You think I don't care what others have said? If I didn't I wouldn't have replied multiple times to this topic.

Besides that there's not much to it. You either see it as something that motivates the team or as something that corrupts the team.

So every lead team member on here chatting shit can think of a better suggestion to get people to do f1s? Ah right no one can because they just like saying shit and not backing it up. Big shocker to all the SSRP lead team members: yelling at your staff to do f1s and doing jack shit else is not going to help the situation

If you personally haven't seen any results, that doesn't mean that the Lead Team haven't tried anything or worked on any solutions.

Ever since the minimum f1 count it has actually gotten worse as staff see it as if I get 20 f1’s I will be grand and that’s the issue. Most staff stop when they get to 20 and there’s nothing we can do about it as it’s the minimum. Imo it should be atleast 40 f1’s a week or else there’s really no point it actually having it.

I do see that lots of users complain about staff and f1s but there’s nothing we can actually do. It’s been here for years and there’s no way to change it. However I will try my best to think of something but I don’t know if it will work.

You actually haven't proven anything, but neither have we. You don't want to listen to what me and Onion and others have to say, I can't stop you from your plan. But when it backfires, I'm gonna say I told you so.

Even though I highly disagree with this, I should thank you Spoder (and Pegasus) for putting in the effort (and in-game finance) to try and fix a flaw in the team.

I obviously know your intentions are good; I did indeed bash out at the idea and you when I should have done otherwise, even though I disagree completely.

Good luck with getting this method to succeed. If you need someone to help you with keeping an eye out on a specific someone you feel is not properly competing, you know who to contact.

@Onion As far as I'm aware he was demoted for low LTM attendance. Himself says this was one of the reasons but I was told otherwise by higher ups.

Quality not quantity~

I think we can all agree on one thing: This method won't change the way the staff team is acting, its for a temporary time, its a little gesture of appreciation to the hardest working staff members. If we want to adress the issue of F1's we will have to put a lot more effort into an actually working method. Thank you for you guys discussing this out in a more or less mannerly way, but I think we will need to put a lot of time and work into making the staff team more active, more willing and more appreciated again.

Stop with the hate lol... Just accept that the staff is awfull and this will help the server for a bit. Staff members will actually do f1's now and won't sit on their lazy asses.

And why the fuck are superadmins allowed to tell mods and admins to do f1's while most of superadmins do nothing...

Not trying to bash you or this suggestion, just mentioning that there are many staff with a high F1 count weekly and are doing a fantastic job.
