Why this should be added to the server: It's great for Traitors to use, as it tricks the Innocents into thinking they will be helped by using it. It is also very useful for drawing players out when you don't know what to do. As well as this it's customisable with regards to how fast and for how long the player should lose health!

Why this should be added to the server: This is just like the previous station except it poisons the player instead of igniting them. It is also customisable and doesn't necessarily kill the player, if you want it can be set to certain amounts of health to drain.
Why not both?

Why this should be added to the server: This item allows a traitor to slow down gameplay for 1.5 seconds in order to, most often, snipe an innocent. It's very helpful for newer players to learn how to snipe as well as for more advanced players to take some more interesting approaches.
Absolutely loved using this back when we still had it. This isn't all that OP for the T's, because Inno's can make use of it too and it can end up shooting the T in the foot if he doesn't use it well.

Why this should be added to the server: The cloaking device makes traitors almost completely invisible (except for a shadow) to allow stealthy movement. It's a very useful tool to have when trying to sneak around.

This might be a bit OP, even in my books. As a Spy main in TF2, having cloak is an incredibly powerful thing. I believe to compensate for being invisible, the effect should be similar to TF2 where if someone bumps into you, they can see your silhouette, and most weapons should be unusable, except maybe for a few passive T weapons, like the aforementioned Poison station. If that isn't good enough, make it so people can still see your name if their crosshair is on you, even when cloaked. That should balance it out.
