As most of you will know, I am accepted as a Moderator on SSRP.
The last 2 days were fun, really fun. The most fun I've had on ZARP ever. It where my first days as a Mod and I was excited!
Except for an hour yesterday, I forgot to use STEAM ID to teleport someone back as his name was really unique but accidently pressed enter after the first letter. Everybody with an S in their name got teleported to spawn. At first, to be honest, I was scared. I don't know why, but I thought everybody would kill me for that mistake. But they didn't, they understood it, and the staff team did too.
Except for another hour today, in the morning, I forgot about a rule and warned someone wrongly. He made a demote request (Understandable) and Sora talked to me. I was like: Shit, second mistake in 2 days.
Except for a few minutes ago, I unintentionally warned someone. I wanted to warn someone else via tab but my brain said no and instead of selecting the RDMer, I selected someone else.
Now, I agree, mistakes can happen. But I always feel very bad when I make a mistake.
Don't take this as a excuse or a "See me being forlorn" but take this as a sorry letter, and I will try to never make these mistakes again.
Well you are a new moderator so you may make mistakes with powers, the rules you should already be fully aware of especially when you are a staff member so I hope you improve.
Everyone makes mistakes, just know when you make an unintentional slip up, Morgan was community banned... twice, so anything is possible. Its very honest of you to tell everyone the mistakes you did, it shows you truly mean to fix them.
Publicly admitting to these mistakes shows how mature you are, you will only improve from here! Don't be afraid to ask for help ingame, if you see Bobby Skywalker ingame shoot me a PM if you need anything. I can ghost you in F1s to make sure you're doing everything correctly and answer any questions you might have.
I know how you feel, I have made mistakes to when I was new to TTT Moderator.
And I felt like shit.
So mistakes are always made, it makes you learn from it.
