Of course that's true. Any hacker admitting to the hack can be punished appropriately (if they've admitted on the server, mind you). However, most hackers won't say "I'm hacking" unless they're absolutely retarded. To approach a hacker you must already have proof that they're actually hacking. If you go to them and say "Are you hacking?" (which they'll usually deny) then you are already breaking the policy. Even worse is if you try to force them into admitting to hacking by saying "Well, if you don't admit, you'll be banned" or something, which can actually get you demoted if you're not careful.

So I'd advice you to just keep it at contacting LT rather than giving this advice on a rather complicated subject with even more complicated policies that can literally only go wrong for any moderator or admin attempting to deal with hackers.

A hacker can only be dealt with when he admitts to it by someone below SA, that had to be cristal clear. Ill remove the hacking part!

No. They can only be dealt with without screenshot / voted on proof when they admit it directly to a Super Admin+.
A Mod or Admin is never allowed to deal with a hacker.

In this case I was missinformed during my period as an admin! I will remove it!

I have to admit I actually forgot about that. It is in fact true that the hacking policy states that they need to admit with a Lead Team member there to see if the confession is valid. My mistake, sorry.
