Suggestion Title: Event/Lottery different Keys!

How would it benefit the server: Currently If you're Staff and you want to open up the F1 Menu you acicdently join dozens of lotterys and events during a day. You lose alot of RP Cash and sometimes when joining events unintentionally, you get tp'd during an F1 which is just alot of trouble to deal with.

Potential Issues/Exploits: -

Additional notes:

Bind the key to join Events and Lotterys to something else than F1.
I believe it should be simple to assign them to a different key and would make cause alot less Problems for Staff.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the F2 button has any relation to reports so why not just press F2 when there is an event and just wait a while when there's a lottery, reason is because I'm pretty sure the rest of the FKeys (F3-F12) are already binded to things within Garry's Mod.

Or If there are tons of Votes for Police Jobs and inbetween is a Event which you miss seeing and spam the F1 to get your F1 Menu up.
