How would it benefit the server: Adjustment of the rule, to be more specific and to prevent misunderstandings/Loopholing

4.25 Server 2 Buildings - No building in or on top of the Car Dealership, Government Building (SPAWN , Only on top), Hospital or Police station. Anybody can build in the Upper level located in the Government Building but only government officials (Police, Swat, Mayor) can build in the court room.

should include the Fire department aswell.

Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know there is no Fire Brigade or any jobs of the sort so the fire station serves no RP purpose essentially. I think it should be fine to build there but the other buildings listed should be off limits since there are jobs which interact with them as a part of their RP.
