Suggestion Title: [SSRP Suggestion] Fix the damn thermals

How would it benefit the server: People just put thermals on their heads, rushes in. Whenever the person dies, the bombs blow up. It's really stupid and should be fixed.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: Do it so when you're dead, your bombs just disappear. Which means you need to have your remote in your hand while blowing up instead of letting people kill you. That way, people lose their thermals so they can't use it 24/7. Or, do it so you can't holster the thermals, so it becomes a one time use item.
Suicide bombinb shouldn't even be allowed, it just supports terrorism..
