Suggestion Title: Remove the rule that'h say u cant trade zarp currency for out game items

How would it benefit the server: everyone wants it it will be great this rule be removed since scamming is not allowed

Potential Issues/Exploits: well maybe some people will get scammed again but this time scammers will get ban

honestly i would love to trade games to get ssrp cash but only one thing really people would have to either constantly record their inventory and or have an admin with them at all times, what i'm saying is it would be extremley hard to monitor what people trade for stuff.
Your best bet is to "GIVE" them steam items to your friend for free then get them to "GIVE" you some ssrp stuff as a gift because it isnt a trade is it? xD but sounds great on paper could be shit in action

We have no control of those outside sources or the ability to properly investigate if someone did scam someone. Its just easier for everyone if we leave it disallowed. Maybe if we add VIP and Boosterpacks as an ingame tradable item this type of thing would be made easier.
