Not being able to scam fuck with my RP quite a bit, for one I cannot scam people when I'm a gun dealer, I have to give them weapons every time. Also, when I'm a cop I can't scam people when they pay for bail. This is more of an issue for newer players though, they can't scam on the low-end or they get perma banned.
