Suggestion Title: Rotating Server Map

How would it benefit the server: Okay, let's get right into the neeeewwws.
All seriousness: I think for a while now, people have been trying to campaign for a new map for server 2, server 3, etc.
One of the biggest problems we have in regards to that is the fact that players just seem to be unable to agree on what map they want the server map to be changed to. It's understandable; people have had bad experiences with certain maps, or they just want one that seems cooler than another.

People keep suggesting things like Bloc_42, Evilmelon, etc. Maps we've already had. While I'm all for their inclusion if the lead team thinks they'll work, I also feel like it's time for a change - like a bunch of others have been suggesting.

My suggestion is simple: Why not make all the maps a reality? Every month or two months, server 2 or server 3 will change maps. I know this is a lot of work and possibly crazy to ask of the lead team, but I also feel like it's a healthy way to make everyone happy. Any map we've already done, we might come back to. Or it could even be a set list of maps throughout the year. Hell, it could even be seasonal!

I think this would help quell a lot of the turmoil that we face in regards to map change and with whatever's coming up next. Maybe players could submit their ideas for the next change, too. Yeah, it'd still be a clusterf***, but it'd be reduced because people would at least know they'd have a chance of getting their map chosen next time.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Might be hard to code mines and all the ZARP stuff into new maps every couple of months. Still might not quell the in-fighting, but might help it along a bit.

Additional notes: Just thought I'd give my two cents on the matter. Someone might have already suggested this, but hey. It's worth a shot, eh?

There aren't many maps out there, so I suggest only 1 per year. So each year S2 and S3 change to different maps.
